Lead Verification Policy – Realtoronic

Lead Verification Policy

Last Updated: 01 Jan 2025

At Realtoronic, we ensure that all leads provided to our clients go through a rigorous verification process. However, while we strive to provide the most accurate and high-quality leads, we do not guarantee successful conversions or transactions. This policy outlines our lead verification process and its limitations.

1. How We Verify Leads

Realtoronic does NOT engage in cold calling or mass lead distribution. Instead, we follow a structured verification process:

  • Lead Generation: Leads are generated exclusively through social media ad campaigns and other digital marketing strategies where customers voluntarily provide their contact details.
  • Permission-Based Contact: We only contact customers who have explicitly shown interest in buying or selling real estate and have given consent to be contacted.
  • Manual Verification: Our call center personally calls each lead to confirm their intent, ensuring they are actively looking to buy or sell real estate.
  • Final Qualification: Leads that meet our criteria of genuine intent are marked as “Verified Leads” before being provided to clients.

2. No Guarantee of Engagement or Response

While we verify each lead’s intent, we do not guarantee that they will respond to follow-ups from our clients.

A lead’s willingness to proceed with a transaction is subject to change and may be influenced by personal, financial, or market factors.

The effectiveness of converting leads depends on the client’s engagement strategy, communication skills, and market conditions.

3. No Responsibility for Lead Conversion

Realtoronic provides verified leads, not guaranteed sales or transactions.

Clients are responsible for engaging with and converting the leads.

The success rate varies based on factors such as pricing, location, and the realtor’s ability to close deals.

4. Lead Replacement Policy

Realtoronic may replace a lead only if it is found to be invalid (e.g., incorrect contact details, fake information).

Lead replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the lead.

Realtoronic will not replace leads based on a client’s inability to convert them.

5. Limitation of Liability

Realtoronic shall not be held liable for any business losses, financial damages, or missed opportunities due to the performance of the leads.

We are not responsible for a lead’s decision to delay or cancel their real estate transactions.
